<p>The State Administration for Religious Affairs recently issued the "Guidance on Further Strengthening the Management of Halal Food," which establishes a standardized certification system for halal food, regulates the use of halal labels, and promotes the creation of a unified national regulatory platform. The guidance emphasizes safeguarding the dietary customs rights of ethnic minorities in accordance with the law while fostering the healthy development of the halal food industry.</p><p>It requires religious affairs departments at all levels to strengthen guidance and services for halal food production and operation enterprises, establish and improve a halal food traceability system, and ensure that every stage from raw material procurement to production and processing complies with Islamic Sharia requirements.</p>
